Our All Inclusive Service Agreements cover all labor, travel, parts and supplies that are required for periodic maintenance or that fail in the course of normal use.* Toner is also included with spare toner left on site.

Unlike most of the other guys that want you to fax your meter readings to them and only show up when there is a problem, if your equipment is under a service agreement, someone from Integrated Imaging Solutions will visit your office at least every 60 days to check on the equipment, check your spare toner supply (just in case someone used the last one and didn't say anything...never happens right?) and ask about general operation and concerns. Many problems can be headed off before they get to the point of "I hate this copier" just by speaking briefly with the users.

We also rent equipment on a short term, month to month or long term basis. Please contact us with your needs and we will provide you with a quote.

*Parts that are damaged as a result of missuse, abuse or anything outside of normal use (fire, flood, electrical problems and equipment being moved by unqualified personel are some examples) will be replaced on a time and material basis with a written estimate provided before work begins.
